Realizing that life is a series of habits. Most of my habits where bad...Changing habits are easy. When I quit smoking I had to change the direction I drove home from work to avoid the locations where the cigs. were. Pick one habit and replace it with something different. Example: I used to overeat after work instead I walked my dog right after work. After about 30 days the old habit is just gone!
I just sent this to you so you will already have seen it. I used to never get in the car without a ginger ale. Always had to have it in the fridge. I stopped buying it. So now I never go anywhere without water... Thanks Shelly!
