I feel like I have so little time to undo the damage I have done to my mind & body. I HAD so many negative consequences (my body showed me) from my actions e.g., short of breath, sick from overating, depression, discomfort, low self esteem, overall unhappiness.
Since I have changed so much e.g., no more smoking, overeating, binge drinking I feel so good, so much energy, feel so happy......but
I know how easy it is to slip back into old habits. So everyday I remind my self how far I have come and my body reminds me and rewards me everyday by looking good, performing well, giving me lots of energy, allowing me to take deep, deep breaths.... I have to keep remembering ALL the positive consequences my body is showing me now.
