Hunger Pains

To avoid getting off track, there are so many that want to sabotage your diet, eat food that fills you up (high fiber and proteins) AND eat every 3/4 hours (=5X/day) this way you have a defence against all the temptations. You will also maintain your insulin levels so that your bodies does not store the food as fat. Your mood will also be better.

I eat an apple with peanut butter before I go "out to eat" to ensure that I will not do anything stupid.

  1. To avoid being stupid in other situations, I drink water with EVERYTHING else, match for match if not more!
