Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Shelly Kadilak. I am officially getting older, 38 and I am obsessed with living life better..
I started with kicking smoking which was the hardest thing I ever did. Then kicked over eating. I am finally skinny and pretty happy with life. In order to continue in this positive direction I need your help. So lets talk....

ReplyDeleteI am most gratefully to Shelly for motivating me to exercise, get fit and be healthy. I know I have one more big challenge to tackle, and I think I'm ready!
My kids' schedules have not been allowing me the time to attend classes & I miss it sooo much! I'm still trying to workout on my own (which I NEVER would have done without the drive I gained in Shelly's classes).
Hopefully I will be back on the Kadilak track soon!

ReplyDeleteRealizing that life is a series of habits. Most of my habits where bad...Changing habits are easy. When I quit smoking I had to change the direction I drove home from work to avoid the locations where the cigs. were. Pick one habit and replace it with something different. Example: I used to overeat after work instead I walked my dog right after work. After about 30 days the old habit is just gone!
